It’s not easy to stop worrying.  It’s not easy to trust in God.  But we have to have faith.  And having faith is a choice.  A lot of times when we worry, we don’t feel like we have a choice.  We’re impatient and we get frustrated because we’re not seeing results quick enough.  But when these doubts come, we just have to say, “I’m not going to worry.  I’m going to have faith and trust in God—and I’m going to push these thoughts away.”
