Last night I got to talk to and even hug Lynne Hybels.  What a very courageous lady she is---I so enjoyed her authenticity and sincerity.  It takes so much courage to share the kinds of things that she shared in her book & with us.  Very few people can imagine what ministry life is like for pastor's families.  The personal sacrifice is so huge at times.  I felt such a wonderful connection with her.  I think she'll continue to be in my prayers for a long time to come!

I got a friend request on plaxo recently from the president of Lighthouse Christian Publishing---WOW!  And then he wrote on my profile that I was welcome to submit a manuscript to him anytime.  Hmmm--let's see....I've been talking to God about writing another book....asking Him if I should....could this be a SIGN???  Ya think? :-)

I'm not feeling too good today---been wrestling with a cold and today---the cold is winning. :-)

I did take some time to rest & pamper myself a little.

I prayed for a very sick little kitty today.  I felt so very sad for her.

Every day my dog sees this bunny hopping around our front yard and barks for twenty minutes!  He goes crazy.  The bunny doesn't seemed bothered.  Almost seems to like taunting him a bit.

We had such an awesome worship service this past Sunday.  Rachel gave an amazing testimony!  Many tears....I'm thinking of asking her to do a message sometime....I know she'd do a great job!
The worship team was a total wow again this week---God was with us!  We had a nice crowd too!

It's weird not being a blonde anymore.  I like the dark hair though. It looks like it did in my twenties. Everyone seems to like it better this way & says I look so much younger---think I'll keep it....for awhile anyway!
