Below is the scripture that the LORD showed me right before starting BHCC:

 

For I am about to do something new.
      See, I have already begun! Do you not see it?
   I will make a pathway through the wilderness.
      I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.

And He has kept His promise to do a brand new thing in and through BHCC!  BHCC is STILL a brand new church!  Not only are we as a church NEW, but He continues to make more and more NEW things happen at our church.  He's still making NEW pathways through the wilderness and creating NEW living waters in dry land in our midst and through our community!

 

Rev. 21:5a
And the one sitting on the throne said, “Look, I am making everything new!”

 

In light of that, I am very excited to see all the NEW things God is doing in the BHCC family!!!

 

Here's just a few:

 

NEW life in Christ Jesus!
We have at least 12 people who have committed their life to Christ recently and will be baptized on Sunday, July 10th at 4pm!  All of you are invited to come and join this incredible event and celebration!  There will be a picnic / pool party immediately following! Please bring a dish to pass, we will provide everything else.  The event starts at 3:30 and baptisms will begin promptly at 4pm so don't be late!

 

If you haven't been baptized as a young child or an adult, you need to be!  For more information on this, please email pastor Lin by responding to this email or call the church office at 585-662-5759. Please be sure to attend this very important event in the life of your church family.  Please pray for all those who will be baptized!

 

NEW CLASS for information about Baptism:
Tuesday, June 28th from 7:00-8:00 at the Mosaic Cafe, led by Pastor Lin. Please join us!

 

NEW Ministries opportunities starting:
It's still all very brand new, but God is giving birth to a Nursing Home Ministry at BHCC! This is an answer to prayer and an amazing opportunity for us to continue to share the love of Christ with those in need!  You'll be hearing more about this SOON!

 

A Nursery for Infants during our Sunday Worship Service:
God has called someone to start this needed ministry and our goal is to have it up and running by early Fall!  If you would like to help, please let us know!

 

Food Give-away & Picnic at Phillip's Village this Fall:
The Government has slowed down our ability to give away food at Phillip's village, (lots of red tape, long story!), BUT our God has another idea!  We want to have a picnic for Phillip's Village residence this Fall and will cook & give-away hots and hamburgs, etc. for the people in need there!  We will have games for the kids and music for entertainment and this will be an awesome opportunity for us to share God's love with others!  We'll need lots of volunteers and will let you know the date SOON!

 

Pig Roast Picnic & Fund-raiser for Rehema Home Orphanage!
Save the date: Saturday, July 23rd! Great Food, Great Music, Great way to raise money to help orphans!  Will be selling tickets SOON so plan to be there!  Remember, Rehema means MERCY! Mark your calendars now! Check out the website too: Rehema Home Orphanage

 

 

BHCC Leadership Retreat
About every 6 weeks or so, BHCC has what we call a half day leadership retreat on a Saturday.  Part of the purpose of this retreat is for it to be a place for God's church leaders to GROW!  If you or someone you know would like to attend a Leadership Retreat, please let us know!  We will be having one this Sat., June 18th from 8:30-noon.

Think and pray about who you can invite to any of these God-ordained events! Remember, small object=big impact.  As we said in last Sunday's sermon, what may seem like a small thing to you, a prayer, an invitation to someone may actually have a HUGE life-changing impact for someone else with God's power flowing through it!
