Hope you are all enjoying this beautiful weather as much as I am!

 

I am SOOOO excited about our baptism / picnic this Sunday after church!  Praying that ALL OF YOU plan to be there for this most important day in the life of our church!

 

We have seen some absolutely miraculous conversions in the last 4-5 months and I am so thrilled to see God moving in our church in such incredible ways!  I can not describe what it means to me personally to be on the journey of faith with all of you!  Words cannot describe what it means to see people I love struggling to find faith, and then suddenly get a revelation from God Himself and it's as if the lights suddenly come on, and they believe!

 

For some people, it is like the song writer John Newton said: "I was blind, but now I see."

 

One of the people who will be baptized wrote "Everything has changed!" and then put a link to this song: "You Put the Light in Me!" by Brandon Heath.  The lyrics say it all!

 

The last count I had was for 16 people to be baptized and am still waiting to hear from 5 or 6 more! PRAISE GOD!!!!  That is soooo amazing!  It will definitely be a record for most baptized at one time at BHCC!

 

TONIGHT (July 6th), we will be having a one hour class (from 6-7:00pm) at the Mosaic Cafe on the meaning of baptism.  If you plan to be baptized or if you'd like to come just to find out more about baptism, please JOIN US TONIGHT!!!

 

Also, just want to once again invite all of you to the Baptism & picnic this Sunday (July 10th) at our home at 471 Sun Hill Lane from 3:30-7:00pm in Webster, 14580. Sun Hill Ln. is the very last right off of Bay Road before it ends on Lake Rd. (Very close to Lake Road!) 

 

We will be serving hotdogs & hamburgs but please bring a dish to pass and a few lawnchairs if you have them.  We will provide drinks and everything else.

 

The Baptisms will start promptly at 4:00pm so please be here right at 3:30 to get settled.  There will be open swimming following the baptisms.  We have a volleyball net and bring other lawn games if you desire.

 

Please do pray MUCH for this event!  Pray for all those being baptized!  Pray for good weather. :-)  Pray for all the 'guests' who will come and be impacted by seeing all those baptized in JESUS' NAME!
