January seems to have become home-improvement month for John and I.  Today we had a 3-D Ceiling guy come in and do a cool art work on our living room ceiling.  We also picked out and ordered new carpet.  Hey, the old carpet was 20 years old.  Guess we got our money's worth out of that one!  Next comes the painting....I wish I could say I enjoy this kind of stuff but mostly I'll enjoy it when it's all done! 

I wish it was as easy to see people's lives get cleaned up and made brand new! Even though we are experiencing lots of changed lives at BHCC, it's still often messy work while we're all in the process of being made new and improved! First, a lot of old dirt and worn out thinking has to be ripped out and tossed away before the new and improved work of God can be seen and experienced.  It's messy work but the Good News is that this type of home improvement will last for all eternity!
